  2. Create profile & check \/select project posting plans (Free or paid).<\/li>\n
  3. Post project with your preferred budget<\/li>\n
  4. Search & invite preferred freelancers to bid<\/li>\n
  5. Get notifications of received bids<\/li>\n
  6. Accept bid<\/li>\n
  7. Employers from India –<\/span> Once you accept bid and select freelancer, make the escrow payment of accepted bid amount<\/a>\u00a0or a milestone\/part payment\u00a0<\/strong>to Seven Boats by clicking at top menu under pages->escrow payment for employers from India. Don’t forget to mention the name of your project & the name of the chosen freelancer along with milestone task (in case of your milestone or part payment) in “Purpose of payment” field.
    \n<\/em><\/strong>Employers outside India –<\/span> If you are from outside India, you can pay the accepted bid amount (INR equivalent USD) to us via PayPal (paypal id: info@7boats.com).     Check live exchange rate here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>Upon acceptance of your payment, we would notify the freelancer to start work.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Wait for freelancer to accept & Go to work area and start chatting and sharing files with freelancer.<\/li>\n
  9. After Successful completion close project and review freelancer.<\/li>\n
  10. In case of dispute, inform Seven Boats, We will try to resolve it by investigating it in unbiased way, and as per our buyer\/Seller protection policy we will refund full or partial payment (deducting our commission fees of 20%).<\/li>\n
  11. Maintain code of conduct, communication “only on Seven Boats platform” & Read our TOS<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For freelancers<\/h2>\n

We will activate your account.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Once email verification is done, Complete your profile to do freelance activities & bidding. Tick on the checkbox “Email me jobs that are relevant to my skills” to get new project notifications in your mailbox. Do not post email id or other contact details in profile description\u00a0 field.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Browse projects & start bidding<\/li>\n
    4. Get notifications on project invites or bid acceptance.<\/li>\n
    5. Once your bid is accepted & project is awarded to you, first inform Seven Boats via email to info@7boats.com and wait for confirmation from Seven Boats upon receipt of escrow payment from project owner\/employer.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Once Escrow payment is received by Seven Boats and informed, you can go to work area and start chatting and sharing files with employer.<\/li>\n
    7. After successful completion of task, submit report to employer.<\/li>\n
    8. Once employer closes the project and notifies Seven Boats, your payment will be released to your bank account deducting 20% our commission fees.<\/span> Send your bank details & KYC details to info@7boats.com upon request<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    9.
