For project owners/employers

  1. Free Sign up & verify email (activate your account first by verifying your registered  email id. Check your inbox. You will get a mail with subject line “Congratulations! You have successfully registered to Seven Boats Freelance Platform.” from “Seven Boats Freelance Platform”. Click on “confirm link” to verify your email id.If you don’t get any email even in spambox, let us know by whatsapp (+91 80170 49042) or by email at [email protected] We will activate your account.
  2. Create profile & check /select project posting plans (Free or paid).
  3. Post project with your preferred budget
  4. Search & invite preferred freelancers to bid
  5. Get notifications of received bids
  6. Accept bid
  7. Employers from India – Once you accept bid and select freelancer, make the escrow payment of accepted bid amount or a milestone/part payment to Seven Boats by clicking at top menu under pages->escrow payment for employers from India. Don’t forget to mention the name of your project & the name of the chosen freelancer along with milestone task (in case of your milestone or part payment) in “Purpose of payment” field.
    Employers outside India – If you are from outside India, you can pay the accepted bid amount (INR equivalent USD) to us via PayPal (paypal id: [email protected]). Check live exchange rate hereUpon acceptance of your payment, we would notify the freelancer to start work.
  8. Wait for freelancer to accept & Go to work area and start chatting and sharing files with freelancer.
  9. After Successful completion close project and review freelancer.
  10. In case of dispute, inform Seven Boats, We will try to resolve it by investigating it in unbiased way, and as per our buyer/Seller protection policy we will refund full or partial payment (deducting our commission fees of 20%).

For freelancers

  1. Free sign up & activate your account first by verifying your registered  email id. Check your inbox. You will get a mail with subject line “Congratulations! You have successfully registered to Seven Boats Freelance Platform.” from “Seven Boats Freelance Platform”. Click on “confirm link” to verify your email idIf you don’t get any email even in spambox, let us know by whatsapp (+91 8017049042) or by email at [email protected] We will activate your account.
  2. Once email verification is done, Complete your profile to do freelance activities & bidding. Tick on the checkbox “Email me jobs that are relevant to my skills” to get new project notifications in your mailbox. Do not post email id or other contact details in profile description  field. 
  3. Browse projects & start bidding
  4. Get notifications on project invites or bid acceptance.
  5. Once your bid is accepted & project is awarded to you, first inform Seven Boats via email to [email protected] and wait for confirmation from Seven Boats upon receipt of escrow payment from project owner/employer.
  6. Once Escrow payment is received by Seven Boats and informed, you can go to work area and start chatting and sharing files with employer.
  7. After successful completion of task, submit report to employer.
  8. Once employer closes the project and notifies Seven Boats, your payment will be released to your bank account deducting 20% our commission fees. Send your bank details & KYC details to [email protected] upon request.
  9. In case of dispute, inform Seven Boats, We will try to resolve it by investigating it in unbiased way, and as per our Buyer/Seller protection policy, we will refund full /partial payment to employer or release payment to you partially or full (deducting our commission fees of 20%)
  10. Rate and review employer.
