There are numerous complaints regarding associations with fake accounts. Everyone knows that there are so many fake accounts on this specific social networking website. The user might not know the actual number.

Check the Friend lists

  • The clue about fake accounts can be acquired from the friend lists. If it has more than a thousand friends in the list that it is highly likely that the doubts will be raised.
  • If the friend lists reach above two thousand than it can be confirmed that it is a fake.
  • Try checking the profiles from the friends list. A fake profile will have a majority of fake friends as well.

     

When a person receives a friend request it is best to check the profile and friends list. It will provide to a strong idea to accept or reject the request.

Check the profile’s recent activities

As you know the profiles are filled with activities you have been involved lately. These can be games or photographs. A fake profile will not be having any useful activity. There can be photographs shared but they will be random. Check out the person’s profile that has shared a photo. If the actual profile is a fake the sharing person will also be one of the same realms. Recent activity will provide you a strong clue regarding the profile.

Check out the albums

People are inclined to share photographs and videos of their social networking account to share with friends. In return friends provide feedback in the shape of comments and you comment them back. These comments can be appreciated or sarcastic. To detect a fake account check out its albums. Without any doubt you can know if it is a fake.

  • Firstly there will be one or two pictures
  • Secondly there will be unlimited comments and less replies.
