As online marketers, your main aim to be successful is become the best friend of Google! That way, the search engine giant and the number one platform for online marketers, will look upon your website as a favorite and give it some much-needed brownie points when it comes to SERP slots. But you don’t become someone’s favorite, especially if that someone is as powerful and mighty as Google, without doing something to earn that tag. As an online marketer, the best thing you can do to become a Google favorite is to think like the search engine giant.

What do you think of when you look at Google and what it has done over the last few years? You look at how it has looked only at the interests of the searchers who come and visit Google.com. Over the years, all its algorithms and updates have one common aim: make Google more accessible and user-friendly. The primary purpose is to make things easier for online users and taking utmost care of their needs. Why don’t you incorporate these qualities in your own website and bring your thinking and planning on the same level as Google? Will you not be a favorite then?

To make matters simpler, look at your website with fresh eyes. Are the website content and the designing aimed at making life easier for those who visit your website? If the answer is no, you need to revamp them from scratch. The content pages must be relevant to the headline tags that you have put up. The information contained in the content must be informative and easy to read, without unnecessary hammering on keywords. In terms of web designing as well, the visual effect of the website must not be jarring or stick out like a sore finger. The navigation and user experience must be something worth visiting again.

If you make these changes on your website by thinking simply like an online visitor, you will develop a website that automatically abides by all the updates and algorithms of Google! No Hummingbird or Panda will give you nightmares because you are equally committed to building up an online experience through your websites that will satisfy your online visitors.
